Making AI Accountable
TraceGov was built with a simple belief: organizations deploying AI should be able to prove their governance — not just claim it. As the EU AI Act transforms how Europe regulates artificial intelligence, we're building the tools deployers need to comply with confidence.
Our Mission
To give every organization deploying AI in Europe the tools to govern their AI systems transparently, audit their decisions cryptographically, and defend their compliance when regulators ask. We believe governance should be structural — built into the AI workflow, not bolted on afterward.
What We Stand For
EU-Native by Conviction
We don't just comply with EU regulations — we believe in them. Data sovereignty, individual rights, and accountability are foundational principles, not afterthoughts.
Transparency First
If we score your AI, you should understand how. Every TRACE score comes with explainability metrics. We practice the transparency we advocate for.
Evidence Over Opinions
Our governance isn't based on checklists — it's based on structural evidence. Merkle-chain verification, hash-verified audit trails, and quantified compliance metrics.
Deploy, Don't Delay
Governance shouldn't slow innovation. TraceGov integrates into your existing AI workflows, scoring and auditing without adding friction to your teams.

Harish Kumar
Founder & CEO, Quantamix Solutions BV
Harish founded TraceGov with a conviction: AI governance in Europe needs to be built on evidence, not checklists. With a background in AI research and enterprise software, he saw that organizations deploying AI lacked the tools to prove compliance — not just claim it.
TraceGov's research-first approach reflects this belief. The TAMR+ retrieval architecture, Gap Attribution Taxonomy, and TRACE Scoring Protocol were all developed in-house, with real production scores published openly — including when those scores are 60-67%, not >90%.
